Speech Therapy
ARTICULATION & PHONOLOGICAL DISORDERS • CHILDHOOD APRAXIA OF SPEECH
Speech therapy will help your child speak more clearly so they can express themselves with confidence. During our sessions, we will focus:

Language Therapy
EXPRESSIVE & RECEPTIVE LANGUAGE DISORDERS • LATE TALKERS
Language therapy will help your child understand and use words and sentences so they can share their thoughts, needs, and ideas. During our sessions, we will focus:
Building vocabulary and using words to express ideas
Understanding directions, questions, and stories
Forming clear, age-appropriate sentences
We’ll also share simple ways to support language growth during everyday routines at home.
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
AAC therapy is designed to encourage natural communication in everyday situations, helping kids gain confidence and independence. During our sessions, we will focus on:
Navigating and selecting words or messages on your child’s AAC system
Using AAC to express needs, wants, and feelings
Building independence and confidence with everyday communication
You will also receive guidance on how to support AAC use at home, school, and in the community.
Gestalt Language Processing
Gestalt language therapy supports children who naturally use scripts or echolalia to communicate and learn language. During our sessions, we will focus on:
Using meaningful scripts and phrases to build understanding
Breaking down language into flexible, self-generated speech
Supporting spontaneous expression in a child-led way
Our therapy sessions promote communication and connection in a supportive, low-pressure setting, guiding your child toward using their own words over time.

Owner & Pediatric Speech Therapist
Hello! I’m Johanna Eugenio (people call me Hanna!), the owner and lead speech therapist at Communication Corner Therapy in Palm Beach Gardens.
With extensive experience as a pediatric speech therapist, I am passionate about helping children feel confident and comfortable communicating in their own unique ways.
I founded my practice to create a warm, playful environment where every child can thrive. My approach is rooted in connection, regulation, and collaboration, ensuring that therapy feels engaging and fun. I believe that feeling safe and understood provides children with the foundation they need to build communication skills.
I am also a supportive partner in your family's and child’s journey, and I am here to answer your questions, share resources, and provide guidance along the way. I look forward to working together and celebrating each step of your child's progress!

Get Started With Communication Corner Therapy!
Speech therapy for kids is offered in daycares, schools, at your home, and around the community.

Reach out by phone or email to get started. We will then connect over the phone to talk about your child’s communication needs, answer your questions, and determine the next best steps.

After the call, we’ll schedule an evaluation to assess your child’s communication skills to understand their strengths and needs.

We’ll review the evaluation results together and develop a therapy plan tailored to your child’s needs. At this time, we will also get you scheduled for regular therapy sessions.

Therapy sessions will begin, and we’ll closely monitor progress. You’ll receive regular updates, strategies to use at home, and ongoing support as your child grows and progresses.
Payment and Insurance Information
We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. However, we are a provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship. Click here for more information.
