Play-based therapy is an evidence-based approach that uses purposeful play to support speech and language development—especially in young children. Research shows that children learn best through play, as it promotes engagement, motivation, and natural communication. During sessions, we use toys, games, and everyday routines to target specific goals while keeping therapy fun and meaningful. This approach helps children build communication skills in ways that feel natural and enjoyable.
